TrueBlue
Stronger Together
Helping TrueBlue bring its people together through years of design collaboration.

What I did
- Event branding
- Environmental graphics
- Presentations
- Event coordination
- Annual reports
- Campaign branding
Over many years, our team worked as an extension of TrueBlue’s in-house design team, supporting the company and its family of brands. The projects shown here are a small selection from that relationship, spanning recurring conferences, annual reports, and employee communications.
In the room
“We are TrueBlue” gave sales teams from TrueBlue’s family of companies a shared focus: working together and cross-selling across the group. One of several conferences developed over successive years, it involved developing the theme and visual identity, then carrying them through banners, wayfinding, brochures, email invitations, keynote speaker graphics, lanyards, name badges, breakout-room materials, table arrangements, and everything in between.
Work continued behind the scenes, coordinating presentations, deliveries, and setup, then supporting the client on site as last-minute needs arose.

Staying true
Annual reports were another recurring part of the relationship. As TrueBlue evolved and acquired new business lines, the way they described their services changed. This annual report served to reestablish their core values and clarify their business model to investors.

Workforce wellness
Employee communications ranged from everyday updates to new programs. This benefits guide helped roll out TrueBlue’s new company-wide wellness campaign, Stronger You, Stronger Blue. We named the program and developed its visual identity. The guide’s cover pairs the iconic worker with an icon of health.
